Listener Questions Answered

You asked, I answered! For Episode 10, we’re doing something a little different! I’m answering the questions you’ve been sending in and giving you a little more insight into the woman behind the podcast. From maternal mental health research and life in Australia to motherhood, career dreams, and what it’s really like juggling four kids and a COO role… this episode is a little bit of everything. In this episode, I’m answering: 1. “Tell us more about the maternal mental health research you do!” I share more about my work in maternal mental health research, why this area became so important to me, and what I hope we can do better when it comes to supporting mothers and families. 2. “What’s Australia like — and will you guys ever go back?” Australia holds such a big chapter of our family story. I’m talking about what life was really like living across the world, what I loved, what I struggled with, and whether Australia might ever be home again. 3. “If you could do something else as a career, what would it be?” Because apparently one career isn’t enough! I’m sharing the career paths I’ve dreamed about, the things I’d love to explore, and what I might be doing if I weren’t already wearing approximately 47 different hats. 4. “What is it like having four kids?” The honest answer? Beautiful, chaotic, exhausting, hilarious… and definitely not what I imagined. I’m sharing what life looks like as a mom of four and how motherhood has changed me along the way. 5. “Tell us more about your COO role!” I’m pulling back the curtain on what it’s like working as a COO, what my day-to-day actually looks like, and how I balance leadership, business, motherhood, and everything in between. This episode is really a chance for you to get to know me beyond the title of “mom,” “researcher,” “podcaster,” or “COO.” Because underneath all of those roles, I’m still just trying to figure out who I am while raising the people I love most. Thanks for sending in your questions! Please keep them coming!
